Do points have to be used within a certain time limit?

No. When points are credited to your account, they will remain valid for life until you withdraw them. However, when your account ceases to exist due to any reason, any unused points will expire along with it.
Also as further outlined in our terms & conditions, your points will expire automatically when you delete your account with us.
