Why haven't you sent me money from the project I completed?

According to our agreed terms: "The member shall have the option to choose any of the redemption partners from Opinion Space Africa to redeem the points as per the minimum milestones mentioned under this policy..."

What this means is that while you may have earned some reward in a particular project, we do not send out payments for each and every project that you complete. As an Opinion space member, you have agreed to only receive payment once you have reached certain minimums set by Opinion Space. The amounts vary from country to country depending on the relative value of the local currency.

 At opinion space we have two distinct minimums on the system:

1. Purchase minimum: This is the minimum amount of float you need to earn on our platform before your account is qualified to make purchases. There are various partners and products integrated onto our platforms depending on which country you are in. For example, you will be able to buy Airtime from your account in most countries while in others you may even have the option to pay for Utilities, Cable TV subscriptions and even book local travel. 

2. Withdrawal/Cash-out minimum: This is the minimum amount one can redeem and utilise as currency. This amount will vary from time to time and is determined by the number and means of remittance available in your country. There are various means of withdrawal available in each market and you will be able to see your options from inside your account under "MY REWARDS" when you are logged into your account or mobile app.
